Your primary objective will be to research, identify and engage with potential partners, building a consistently strong sales pipeline and closing commercial agreements. RESPONSIBILITIES

- You work to grow our advertiser network, selling our services − from identifying potential opportunities, to the first contact with the brand, through to building a relationship and achieving the final contract signature.

- You are responsible for proactively engaging with global brands, successfully negotiating and closing deals with senior stakeholders, and acting as a strong Brand Ambassador for Upyield.

- You forge relationships with a predefined list of target prospects, as well as those you have identified yourself, utilizing your existing network of contacts to build out a strong pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities.

- You track and maintain leads and emphasize the permanent optimization of the sales process.

- You are prepared to report activity and success to the management through a proactive and informed approach.

MEDIA BUYER META/GOOGLE/NATIVE

As Media Buyer you will work on creating high-performance setups for Lead Generation, App Installs and e-commerce clients. You will have full responsibility to create converting funnels, using the Tech- and Ad-Ops-resources of the company. You will manage 6-digit-budgets from day one.

You are a top-performer on at least one Media Channel and have a solid understanding on at least two more channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop strategies for online advertising campaigns on Google and/or Meta platforms based on client goals and target audience.

- Create engaging ad copies and visuals, continuously optimizing them to improve performance.

- Manage the budget allocated for advertising campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum reach.

- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Analytics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.

- Utilize targeting options on Google and Meta platforms to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.

- Decide where ads should appear on the platforms to maximize visibility and impact.

- Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and changes in algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Holistic understanding of information marketing

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in conducting Google & Meta media buying activities.

- Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Account management experience with a focus on client relations.

- Managed over 6 figures of ad spend.

As Performance Marketing Creative Designer you will work on conquering markets with winning marketing angles and creatives for Lead Generation, App Installs and e-commerce clients. You will have full responsibility to analyze and understand markets and product verticals, creating assets for the media buying team and working closely with them to optimize campaigns.

You understand the full value chain of performance marketing. You will add analytic skills, creativity and content creation abilities to our Media Buying Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will lead the process of data-driven strategic planning and development of creatives/advertisements for all paid channels.

- You will be responsible for the implementation of creative from conception to design, execution and copywriting.

- You carry out market and competitor analyses and follow important creative trends.

- You analyze the performance of active campaigns and creatives and generate learnings for further tests based on relevant KPIs.

- You will develop a creative testing strategy, monitor its implementation and report the results.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-3 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of creatives/advertisements, ideally in channels such as Meta, Google Display, Tiktok, Youtube and more.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data-driven insights to optimize creative.
